How do I change my credit card info?
Submit a ticket and request your credit card info to be changed. We will set
up your account to cancel at the end of the billing period. When you can’t
log in as Gold, just upgrade again with your new credit card info.
How long do I have to claim my prize?
You have 30 days to claim your prize. If it is not claimed within 30 days your
prize will be forfeited and you will no longer be eligible.
How long does it take to receive my prize?
Please allow 30 days for delivery from the date that it was claimed. In some
circumstances it may take longer than 30 days.
I paid with Paypal, how come I am not Gold?
Please allow up to 48 hours for Paypal transactions to be completed.
I have and idea for the site. How can I tell you guys about it?
We at Splashspot are huge on customer service and love to get ideas and feedback.
Just submit your idea through our fancy ticket system.
I live outside the United States and Canada. Am I still eligible for
prizes?
We welcome winners from all over the world as long as it is lawful in your area,
however there are some limitations. Unfortunately, Non Gold members living outside of the USA
or Canada are not eligible for prizes cash or other. Gold members are eligible for all
prizes, but we reserve the right to send the cash value for any prize due to
shipping and duty costs. Also, Splash Mall items are only available to residents in the United States and Canada.
Is there a phone number to call with questions?
Splashspot does not currently have a call center to deal with phone questions.
The best way to contact us is through our ticket system. However, we are very quick with
email service.
I see my name on the winners list or I got an email saying I won. What
do I do now?
Click on the link sent to you in the winning email and fill out the form completely.
If you didn’t get the email, check your junk mail box and see if went
there.
I entered my credit card info and I still can’t log in. What’s
the deal?
There may be something wrong with your card or with the transaction. Send us a ticket, and we can investigate it.

Yes, you have several other options. You may pay for a six month or 1 year membership
